Every year, PGSC aims to help postgraduate students (masters and Ph.D.) to get more feedbacks from review panels who are researchers and experts from the CAAD field. This session is separated and very different from the paper sessions as the feedbacks will focus on the research scope, methodology, impact and expected results instead of the general content. The session is also longer to provide intensive exchange between the students and the panels. This is an opportunity not to be missed especially if you are thinking of getting into the academic field, doing a PhD or PhDs wanting to get different feedbacks from their supervisors.
This session is open to all conference participants who have their paper accepted. As long as you are one of the authors for a paper, you can apply for this. You DO NOT need to register for the conference to attend this session. This session is free and open for all to join in and listen as well.
If you are interested and I strongly recommend all student participants to participate. Please send the following to this email address, caadria.pgsc@gmail.com, by 18th March, 2023
1) a CV
2) an abstract of your postgraduate research (this must be DIFFERENT from your accepted paper)
3) three questions you would like to ask the panels about your postgraduate study experience or your research
4) whether you are joining in-person or online
As we are trying to promote face-to-face interaction, those who will attend the conference physically will be given priority, BUT we will also have partly online sessions since this is still in Hybrid mode.
